The Loves Park Police Department is a service oriented law enforcement agency, located at 540 Loves Park Dr. The department is made up of thirty-four sworn law enforcement officers and three civilian support staff. The men and women of the department provide 24 hour police protection and services to the 23,996 citizens, of the City of Loves Park. Loves Park is located in the center of Winnebago County, which is home to over 295,200 residents. The department is made up of service areas which include: administration, patrol, investigations, K-9, and a School Resource Officer program. It is the mission of the police department to enhance the quality of life in our community, for all who live, work, and/or visit.
