Convolo is a one-man company founded by me, Martin Waaijer, in 2015. I support employees, teams and managers in organizations towards a new way of cooperation, in which self-organization and learning capacity are key. Project management is a specific and successful focus of attention. The basis for this is my, more than thirty years, experience in R&D management, strategic management, project management, program management, and continuous-improvement management. It starts with creating awareness about subconscious assumptions and its resultant interaction patterns. I present an attractive perspective that leads to new assumptions and interaction patterns.
