cisa.ndu.eduThe College of International Security Affairs (CISA) is one of National Defense University's five colleges. CISA educates students from across the international, interagency and interservice communities. Graduates include alumni from 90 countries and every major U.S. federal executive agency. CISA's mission is to educate and prepare civilian and military national security professionals and future leaders from the United States and partner nations for the strategic challenges of the contemporary security environment. CISA is the Department of Defense flagship for education and the building of partnership capacity in combating terrorism and irregular warfare at the strategic level. CISA prepares students for high-level policy and command and staff responsibilities through a graduate, interagency, and joint professional military education program. The College offers a Master of Arts Degree in Strategic Security Studies to students enrolled in either a full-time or part-time basis. CISA collaborates with US Government departments and agencies to tailor professional graduate education development programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to meet the growing and ever-changing demands of today's complex world. The College is located in Abraham Lincoln Hall on the grounds of historic Fort Lesley J. McNair, Washington, DC. CISA also offers its Master's Degree program to selected students at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (JFKSWCS) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
