We at Better Bodies are conveniently located in Zionsville, Carmel, and Downtown Indianapolis and have been in business for over 30 years. We have highly qualified trainers who are CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), Physical Therapists, and much more. We have trained all ages and have had the pleasure of training collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes. Our mission is to provide individuals with the best training possible for their own specific needs varying from cardiovascular fitness, weight management and strength conditioning.
