Supply chain and operations management is one of the fastest growing professions globally, increasing demand for top notch, highly competent professionals. APICS research, education, and certification advances supply chain professionals to excel and become the leaders who will transform supply chain organizations for peak performance. The Charlotte APICS Chapter is an APICS local channel partner organization dedicated to creating exciting possibilities for current and future supply chain leaders to deliver, innovate and impact our world. Our mission is to serve our members, local businesses, and community by providing superior integrated resource management education and services. The Charlotte Chapter holds Professional Development Meetings (PDM) on the third Tuesday of each month at various locations in the Charlotte area. We have 284 members and are part of the Southeast District of APICS. We usually hold social events in the summer instead of meetings. We encourage members to become involved in chapter activities, and to pursue continuing education through dinner meetings, seminars, courses and certification through the CPIM or CSCP offerings. Our chapter offers review courses throughout the year.
