Z3DLAB SAS
www.z3dlab.comThe new Additive Manufacturing (AM) is creating a challenge in terms of manufacturing but also opens the door for new advanced materials. The current approach is to migrate existing alloys to the Additive Manufacturing market. Our approach is to take the opportunity of these new foundries of the XXI century to create advanced alloys specifically designed for AM and adapted for each market segment and applications. Using different scales to create physical conditions in order to fuse improbable materials together was the most successful way to bring new advanced alloys. We applied this to Titanium and Zirconia with remarkable success. We created two families, ZTi-Powder® & ZTi-Med®, materials for the aeronautics and the medical industries.
