We are involved in the consensus creation, orientation, and adaptation of STEM educational pedagogy of our target institutions. Carisma4U is your holistic social sector player, providing solutions in education. It proposes to add value to the future human potential by imbibing in them the requisite knowledge and skills which are relevant both for persona and career development. WHAT WE DO Carisma4U catalyses this transformation by providing programs that utilize instructional models with design training to allow participants to discover key concepts and then channel them to engage in relevant projects to the real world. This is with the intent to accomplish economic development by enhanced intellectual knowledge empowerment through innovative learning methodologies thus bringing Africa to the global educational forefront. WHY WE EXIST The development of any nation is measured by the advancement in infrastructure, technology and the service sectors such as public transportation. With a lack of STEM-skilled workers in the country, it is impossible to bring about this development. The root cause of this problem lies in the education system and the system in which skilled workers are retained. Carisma4U intends to help foster this spirit in the African student populace.
