Since our founding in 1992, RESTORE has been a pioneer in campaigning for a 3.2-million-acre Maine Woods National Park, working to restore imperiled species such as the wolf, Atlantic salmon and Canada lynx, defending protections on existing public lands, and challenging destructive development projects on public and private wildlands.
