Spilled Milk is a comic book publishing imprint founded in 1997 by Parker Smart as the publishing house for his comic book series CiCi. Spilled Milk published his four issue miniseries in late 2002. The book was well received by Wizard magazine and other reviewers. Parker continues to write and draw today, presenting new ideas for comics projects to other publishers. Parker also publishes apps and websites under the Spilled Milk umbrella.
