JW Architects is an architecture firm that specializes in residential and mixed use designs in the greater Seattle area. The vision was born 9 years ago in a garage: create progressive designs for livable, affordable homes. Today, that vision flourishes, in projects impacting families, neighborhoods and communities. Currently, the firm is located in the International District in Seattle. They work in an award winning building called King Street that was designed by the JWA team. King Street achieved Zero Energy Certification by International Living Future Institute and is the second commercial space in Seattle to be certified.
