We believe in hands-on learning and to create that environment we implement simulation or real-time scenarios coupled with gamification of critical management lessons for effective learning. Thus making the need of any old-style curriculum-based learning redundant. It is proven simulations and gamifications leave a longer imprint of learning in a human mind.
