Originally from upstate New York, I moved with my husband to Cary, NC in 1997. After attaining my BA degree from Meredith College in Raleigh and then working several years as a mortgage loan underwriter, I eventually chased my passion and decided to migrate into the world of residential real estate in 2007. Using my prior mortgage underwriting experience as a baseline, I was able to quickly and thoroughly grasp the real estate procurement process from the initial search and discovery process through loan attainment and closing. This has allowed me to serve my clients at a high level from listing to close.
