viaVélo Ltd. is a non-profit social enterprise. viaVélo strives to create and sustain social, economic, and environmental value at the community level. viaVélo leverages value through the eco-friendly, non-polluting, energy efficient, economically viable, and health promoting bicycle. The organisation provides bicycle-based delivery and pedicab services through the trade name viaVélo, as well as bicycle cooperative services through the trade name VéloCity Bicycle Co-op. The mission of the VéloCity Bicycle Co-op is to promote a vibrant and inclusive cycling community by encouraging learning through a non-profit, volunteer-run, educational do-it-yourself workshop offering training, rides, and events to empower all levels of cyclists in building, maintaining, and embracing the fun of bicycles.
