The team is led by Mark Sellers and Derek Venn who are passionate about developing businesses through collaboration, consultancy and alternative financing, with a strong emphasis on New Zealand’s Construction, FinTech, Infrastructure and Resource sectors. Through alternative funding solutions, we source finance from our network of carefully selected institutional and private partners which include family offices, high net worth investors, mutual and trust funds. Our close relationships with offshore funds and investors set us apart from traditional lenders. Structuring a solution that is personalised to the customer's specific needs is of the utmost importance. We believe in transparency, fair pricing, realistic fees and working closely with you through the whole financing lifecycle. As well as working hand in hand with our clients we can provide additional support with legal, auditing, project management, and contract labour to ensure successful delivery.
