Based in Bolton, Tom Gallagher Ltd - Building Services Engineers is a close family firm which was established in 1989 initially as an Electrical Installations Contractor and whilst this is still one of our Core Service Provisions we have, over the period since, adapted to the demands and requirements of our clients and consequently we have added to our portfolio of services. Our strength is in the character and quality of our work colleagues by encouraging them to build good working relationships with our suppliers and customers alike. We feel that we can achieve the best value on every project, striving at all times to exceed client expectations. We take great pride in offering and being able to demonstrate, a high standard of professional expertise and the ability to deliver quality solutions in full consultation with clients and with a clear understanding of their expectations. Our Management Policy is to put in place effective Systems to Control: QUALITY, TIME and COST, the three major indices by which all our projects are measured. All work colleagues at Tom Gallagher Ltd are increasingly involved in ensuring that these aspects are achieved to optimum levels. Our Quality Control System includes internal monitoring as well as on-going performance appraisal. In this way we are able to adapt positively and quickly to the high expectations of our clients.
