Almo Nature USA, Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of Almo Nature SpA. Almo Nature makes high-quality food for cats and dogs and eco-friendly cat litter. The company was launched in Italy in 2000 and now has offices in Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, France, Canada and the United States and serves 48 countries. Almo Nature is owned by Fondazione Capellino, a nonprofit foundation that launched an innovative business model called Reintegration Economy in 2018, which stipulates that 100% of a company's revenue is allocated to serve the common good. Following this model, all Almo Nature’s revenues are used to fund projects carried out by the Foundation Capellino with the mission of protecting biodiversity and combating climate change.
