Health Counselors, also known as health coaches, are knowledgeable advisers who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make manageable changes to improve your health and happiness. Drawing on our education and experience, Eat 2 Be Healthy counselors help our clients by educating, nurturing and supporting them to make life long changes to enable them to be the best person they can be! We don’t just help people lose weight, we coach them in overall health and wellness by providing a total approach in all areas of their life! As we work on your goals we will begin re-writing the stories that are constantly re-playing in your mind.
