AYAO was born in January 2018 with the aim of taking advantage of all the opportunities generated by the transformation processes in companies to develop people, adapt organizational structures and improve the productivity of work teams, accompanying their human capital. Likewise, we believe in the generation of academic knowledge, its use in teaching for both students and professionals and its application to business reality, convinced that personal and organizational improvements harmonize the relationship between the parties and have a positive impact on the society.
