«فنآورد» مجموعه رقابتهایی است که مهارتهای افراد متخصص، مستعد و نخبه را که برای حل مسائل سازمانها مورد نیاز است، بهصورت عملیاتی محک میزند که در این مسیر تاکنون توانسته است مهارتهای بیش از ۲۰۰۰۰ نفر را به چالش بکشد. در ششمین دوره رقابتهای تخصصی مهارتسنجی فنآورد برنامهنویسان روی یک چالش مشترک کار کرده تا بهترین آنها مشخص و رتبهبندی شوند. این دوره از رقابتها با یک میلیارد تومان جایزه برگزار و در قالب فصل دوم برنامه تلویزیونی فنآورد از شبکه چهار سیما پخش خواهد گردید.
