Enterprise Service Management (ESM) is about how departments within a company can work together to co-create business value. We are a consultancy service based on the ITIL & SFIA frameworks. In the information age IT can be an important fulcrum: it should however not be the dog nor the tail. Many companies have a limited road-map for the future, often constrained by their existing experience. We provide our clients with clearly defined road-map options, a less fuzzy view of reality, and fresh questions. A single simple and enduring steady state is not realistic: any viable solution will be complex and need to react to external forces, such as legislation and competitors.
