The Trotwood Community Improvement Corporation was reconstituted in 2013 to provide the City of Trotwood's Economic and Community Development needs. Acting as an ORC 1724 Community Improvement Corporation, the TCIC has the unique ability to act as a Land Bank and use these specific tools to address vacant, tax delinquent property and to redevelop these properties. The TCIC also works with the City of Trotwood on Economic Development projects to grow and support business in the City, while also attracting and supporting the location of new businesses in the community.
