It holds its current business form (Societe Anonyme - SA) since 1962 and it remains fully owned and controlled by Greek stakeholders since inception. The company represents the leading German Chemical Industry houses as well ass International Mechanical Equipment Manufacturers for the textile and wood industries. Our product lines span the full spectrum of needs and applications for the chemical industry. Headquartered in downtown Athens, we operate our own logistics infrastructure in nearby Amaroussion and we maintain local sales and service presence in Northern Greece via our dedicated Thessaloniki branch office.
