In 2008 ZESAR started to use its own patented designs in machines and then launched its low-cost high-performance new generation assembly line, the Evoline, in 2009. In 2011, the Robotic Transfer System (RTS) was introduced to make the whole assembly process fully automatic. Zesar made significant improvements and developments in the area of battery process technologies, that help successful hand over TurnKey Projects to our customers. The results are most efficient, time and cost saving production machines. By working closely with battery producers and listening to their particular needs, every machine can be specifically designed and additional features included.
