I created Kale to the Chef as a way to communicate my passion for exercise, outline proper nutrition and provide accountability to help you meet your goals. As a holistic health counselor with a degree from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I am a wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates you to cultivate positive health choices. I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Additionally, I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). My combined training allows me to help you with all aspects of your health.
