Nat Out East began in the winter of 2020 by Steph Uribe and Via Wohl. Collectively the two have been in the hospitality industry for 10 plus years, learning the inner workings of the front and back of house. Through their experience they have been able to garner that hospitality is about taking people away from their hectic lives and showing them the beauty of winding down with a delicious glass of wine and thoughtfully prepared meal. Their ethos has always been about inclusion, education, and having a good damn time, while never putting quality to the wayside. Nat Out East is what these two women in the industry have created to curate what they believe in: highlighting farmers (the true rockstars of our food systems!) and safe farming practices, community and delicious low-intervention wine and organically grown food.
