The Managing Company is the think tank which coordinates and maintains operations of all the companies of UBG Corporation. The Managing Company’s task is to familiarize all business units with the general provisions, such as common approach to HR, marketing and financial policies as well as common approaches to the introduction of information technologies. Application of such common approaches in all businesses allows for efficient building of the general Corporation’s policy.
