The Rowlett Citizen Corps Council is a 501c3 nonprofit in Texas that supports Citizen Corps and other volunteer public safety programs. The organization currently sponsors our local CERT, Fire Corps, VIPS, Neighborhood Watch and Explorer programs. In existance since 2003, our members have volunteered over 25,000 of community service hours and responded numerous times to calls for assistance in our local community.
