While there is no job "soul-mate," I believe there are various paths where you can find fulfillment. However, many people get lost when they pursue a path that seemed exciting, but really wasn't aligned to their natural way of working once they started. To untangle this confusion, I use a unique, storytelling process that helps you reflect upon the activities in your life that have brought you the most joy and natural motivation. From there, we look for patterns to uncover the deeper layers of how you approach life and work in 5 different areas. Through this process, you will often discover patterns you weren't aware of because these natural giftings came so easily to you. That's where the magic is. Armed with that knowledge, we then can look for the intersections between the way you are wired, your skills and experiences, and your practical needs to open up various paths you may never have considered.
