Aspire Defence Limited (ADL) holds the 35 year PFI contract (ends 2041) to deliver services to the MOD/Army on Salisbury Plain (Tidworth, Perham Down, Bulford, Larkhill & Warminster) and in Aldershot. Day to day operations are sub-contracted to Aspire Defence Services. They in turn sub-contract to companies such as Sodexo. Major construction is delivered by Aspire Defence Capital Works. ADL is owned by KBR, Innisfree and InfraRed.
