MARZ Enterprise is a modeling agency that re-imagines beauty by opening conversations with businesses on diversity and inclusion in advertising and marketing. The agency is dedicated to women in beauty, fashion, commercial, print, and runway. We exist to help close the representation gap in the evolving market. By changing the narrative of the "agency standard," we provide talent from the age of 16 to 40 and a wide variety of sizes ranging from 0-24. Our resources to combat mental health, sexual harassment, and eating disorders allow our talent to remain physically and mentally healthy while remaining drug-free.
