Pine State Regional Center was formed by Arkansas Capital Corporation (“Arkansas Capital”). Arkansas Capital is a non-profit corporation, which is chartered under Arkansas law to promote the industrial, business, agricultural, and general economic welfare of the State of Arkansas through the creation of employment opportunities for Arkansans. Over the past fifty-eight years, Arkansas Capital and its affiliates have made or facilitated over USD $1.623 billion in economic development loans to Arkansas companies. In 2013, with the support of the Governor of Arkansas, Arkansas Capital established the Pine State Regional Center to create a platform for EB-5 financings in Arkansas.
