The methodologies we developed respect the holistic nature of the design and construction process. With an awareness of the interconnected nature of each individual role we seek to eliminate the linear thinking typical of the old design – bid – build adversarial process. Our focus is on building integrated project teams that draw on and share individual expertise in an environment of collaboration. At RHC we believe that when the time is taken to properly define the problem and develop a shared understanding, the solution is much easier to find. The process ensures shared objectives, which lead to smarter builds. RHC is part of a family owned group of companies with a proud 30-year history. RHC has been providing construction and design management services since 2006 and has projects across Ontario.
