Catholic Charities of Yolo-Solano serves individuals and families in the community who are unable to meet their own basic needs due to financial hardship, cultural barriers, disability, frailty, or inability to access adequate social support. We offer health and social service programs that contribute to individuals’ and families’ freedom and independence. Values: Catholic Charities of Yolo-Solano provides health and social service programs to disadvantaged people that contribute to their freedom and independence while valuing the dignity of human life and the importance of family. Scope of Services: Catholic Charities of Yolo-Solano offers programs and services under four divisions: Family Assistance; New Pathways Counseling; Immigration Services; and Friendship Services. Services are provided from the home office in Vallejo and in the cities of Fairfield, Vacaville and Benicia.
