The EQiLead program, designed for both existing teams and groups of individuals, can be integrated into an organisation's leadership development adopting our REINS framework. It is a unique approach to learning by doing, to understanding by experiencing and to connection by feeling. This is a hands on experience with horses (from the ground, no riding) that is like no other - it is not training. It is learning. In a safe and supportive environment, participants are taken on a journey of discovery to better understand and “see’ what EQ (Emotional Intelligence) looks like.
