With a tap and a swipe on to the Freebird hand held device called Birdy, their information is processed through our system and integrated into the Hotels legacy POS. The front desk then taps the wrist band on the POS and it instantly connects to the guest’s account. The hotel sends a text message to their guest welcoming them to the hotel and gives them access to their Hotel sponsored mobile wallet, called Chirp. This in turn, provides a guest the freedom to make all purchases on premise without needing to pull out their phone or wallet. This solution also provides our hotels and casinos valuable customer data (such as access to purchasing behavior and on site activity), while also providing the ability to drive on site promotions and rewards programs, allows them to push traffic to any venue onsite venue and finally, to re-target customers to ensure that they will return.
