My Mirror delivers a highly accessible, convenient and cost-effective telehealth psychology solution to all Australians, when you need it and from wherever you happen to be. Our psychology ecosystem connects the dots between you, your GP and your psychologist, to streamline the process of initiating therapy and, where possible, reduce the cost of seeking help. The My Mirror therapeutic approach helps Australians in the 'well' population build agency and take control of their psychological resilience. This allows them to be productive and maintain positive relationships with people in their lives. Our registered psychologists also use research-based practices to provide restorative and rehabilitative psychological support to those ‘at risk’ of, or those suffering from, a ‘mild’ psychological illness. Already, one in five (20%) of Australians, aged 16-85, experience a mental illness in any given year*.
