I'm Karen Holland and I am both a marriage counselor and an individual counselor. For years I have specialized in couples counseling and premarital counseling. I teach couples how to get along, be good friends and lovers and create a marriage for a lifetime. I work with a variety of marriage and family issues such as infidelity, communication and conflict problems, sex and intimacy issues, parenting, family concerns, interracial relationships, and much more! In recent years, I have developed an interest and passion working with individuals on being more effective in their relationships and healing deep emotional pain, such as trauma, anxiety and depression. In individual therapy, I use a powerful brain/body based method called Brainspotting to help people release trauma, ease emotional distress and unleash creativity and mental focus!
