CHANF-CNS foundation has the following arms under it: CHANF Community Family Health Services CHANF-CNS for capacity building and training that is NITA accredited. We are committed to promoting a holistic well-being today and tomorrow for our Community, Family, workplace and schools in Health, Nutrition and Industrial relationships. We make a difference by educating the public on important health, nutrition, disability management and industrial relationships information, and give them the tools that they need to live health lives in all spheres of their lives.
