Working predominantly with clients in the professional services sector, and with a background in the restructuring and insolvency profession at a senior level managing teams, clients and broad range of projects, she brings 20 years’ experience and a level of understanding that enables her to connect with and challenge clients’ thinking to enable deep learning and to promote the growth, progress and change they seek. Carol-Ann invests time in building great relationships and trusts in the limitless possibilities through making personal, meaningful introductions and connections. Many coaching assignments emerge from referrals within her professional network established over the last 20 years, and from satisfied coaching clients. When serving clients, she collaborates with the best in the Coaching & Training sector in Ireland to deliver a bespoke service to her clients to meet their specific needs. Carol-Ann achieved her Diploma in Executive & Life Coaching from Positive Success Group in Dublin in December 2015 and developed her coaching business over the following two years before establishing CAS Leadership Coaching Ltd in 2018. As a TTI Success Insights® Certified Behaviours (DiSC), Motivators, Competencies & EQ Analyst, Carol-Ann can incorporate various assessments for teams or individuals when creating and designing coaching programs for clients.
