Our aim is to ultimately provide a marketplace that maps the candidate to the opportunity through the use of people and technology (ultimately building a non-profit RPO for the UK economy) The Tandem Trailblazers team will identify opportunities within these markets then help the Graduates understand the best match for now and the future and inspire them to explore the opportunity in an industry that is thriving. We will support them in identifying how their skills can be transferred into other roles so they can build up work experience and experience that will be additive for their future career moves The ultimate aim is we keep Graduates engaged and motivated through the uncertainty of the coming months to avoid them getting lost in the system.
