Established in 1999 RCIIS (Royal Canadian Institute of International Studies) is a English language school located in heart of Toronto, offering a suite of English programs to meet a wide range of student needs and interests. RCIIS has small classrooms in a modern office building. The school atmosphere is comfortable and supportive. The counselors are friendly and approachable.
