Paul Brown Boxfit is boutique-style boxing studio downtown Toronto. Paul has helped train first time boxers for their participation in charity boxing event such as “The Fight for Independence”. He currently teaches his own style of Cardio Boxing classes at his new studio, where people can enjoy the lighter side of boxing and still get a vigorous fighter’s workout.
