I'm no exception because of my training. With over 20 years as a LPC, I've developed a personalized treatment modality that combines curriculum-based methods and field experiences. I implement traditional treatment methods such as CBT, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy as well as incorporating holistic approaches guided by the needs of the client. My therapy focus is the treatment of individuals ages 13 and older with anxiety, depression, women's issues, life transitions (to include, but not limited to: moving, divorce, life transitions, sexual identity, and empty nest syndrome), and relationship issues with couples.
