Nappi is a family run business which its history goes back to four generations into candied fruit (Candied Cherries, Candied Orange Peel, Candied Lemon Peel and all of kind...), Maraschino Cherries and Amarena in Syrup and all dried fruit (Hazelnuts, Pistachio, Walnuts, Almonds, whole, chopped, caramelized etc, ...). Being Nappi a producer, and not a trader, give the company much flexibility not only in terms of pricing but grants the possibility of creating custom tailored products, with low fat/low sugar and the like – according to the Italian pastry and gelato tradition
