Claims Service International ("CSI") was originally founded as Claims by Donna in Florida in 2004. CSI has been providing Claims and Arbitration Services, Training of Sales Representatives and Dispatch Departments, Tariff Publishing, and customized Contract Forms for moving companies nationwide. CSI is processing claims for many independant carriers as well as agents of the major vanlines nationwide.
