Camera Criativa school has established itself as one of the main references in the Photography teaching language in Florianópolis and in the State of Santa Catarina. We are a space that develops the photographic practice and knowledge and we offer online and presential photography courses for anyone looking for a pleasurable activity, amateur photographers who want to become a professionals and experienced photographers who seek to improve themselves. As well, we offer courses to companies and professionals from different areas that seek to produce quality images of their products and/or services, improving their digital visibility. Lectures, meetings, exhibitions, trips, and other events focused on photography and art take place at the school. Our institution also develops a social project called “Click Solidário” (or Solidarity Click), created in 2015, to complement the Photography in Practice Course, where students have the opportunity to apply the techniques taught in class while practicing solidarity. The project is now in its 8th edition, and one of it´s focus is covering pregnant women assisted by the Brazilian public health system with photoshoots carried out by school students (free of charge). Another version of the project, called “Espelho Meu” (or My mirror), included women victims of domestic violence.
