COLORS OF TALENT IS A PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL PLATFORM FOR THE YOUTH, FAMILIES AND SCHOOLS The educational system is struggling more and more to connect with the youth. Meanwhile, screens are capitalizing their attention. THERE IS AN ENTIRE GENERATION OF ZOMBIES STUCK TO A DEVICE, WE SHOULD CHANGE THAT At Colors of Talent we think that the same technology that creates attention zombies is an opportunity to improve our lives. It can also become a talent promoter. Our goal is to move from parental control to self-control. We use the same mechanisms that the platforms use, but aiming to help the youth to learn about the world they live in. We want to see them taking back control over their time and lives. WHAT DO WE DO? 🚀 The encouragement of a responsible usage of the new technologies. Not blocking them, but embracing them and educating on their usage. 🚀 Soft skills development. Those skills that are usually forgotten in school: communication, team work, empathy, assertiveness… HOW DO WE DO IT? We research daily in order to understand the cause of the overuse of screens in the youth. Our methodology, although in use successfully, is in constant review so we can adapt it to the challenge we are facing. We have two main projects that, in the near future, will become one unique platform: 🚀 Colors Space: small online classrooms of 4-6 students, where our coaches help the participants on their own development through gamification and challenge based learning. All through the screen, so that they understand that a different use is possible. 🚀 Mymmo: virtual assistant aimed at the youngest, that uses the language and forms of their generation.
