Strategy: Increasing power output of wind turbines combined with optimized logistic concepts are key to reach significant cost reduction in German offshore industry. Especially the optimization of installation- and service logistics hand-in-hand with experienced technicians and the right project management help to utilize the economies of scale due to more powerful turbines and this way it supports the focused cost reduction.
