We showcase the contribution of our researchers to public policy development at home and abroad. Universities like Manchester act as important sources of knowledge, expertise and research for policy makers. However, as we are such a large organisation, finding the expertise you need – and quickly – can be a challenge. The Policy@Manchester initiative works to connect researchers with those working on policy, supporting and smoothing the process of knowledge exchange where needed. We’re also a platform to find and share ideas on the big issues facing us today, whether that’s through events, blogs or publications.
