Nutrition for Learning seeks to provide community-based nutrition programs that are universally accessible to all students in the Region of Waterloo. Nutrition for Learning is a registered charitable organization first established in 1997 (#880648142RR0001) that supports student nutrition programs across Waterloo Region in all three school boards. (WRDSB -Waterloo Region District School Board, WCDSB -Waterloo Catholic District School Board and the French Language Public School Board) A small team of staff and a dedicated board of business and community leaders as well as a multitude of community and school volunteers supply the necessary support and guidance to ensure student nutrition programs can serve the needs of local students in Waterloo Region.
